Created in 1999 from the hitch, pivot ring, axle nuts and side rail supports of a
turn of the century horse drawn wagon which was used in Richmond, California.
This sculpture is designed to be placed inside against a wall and is available
for donation to any qualified city or agency with a satisfactory location.
